I'm a third-year PhD student of
the Group
at
TU Darmstadt
, advised by
Prof. Carsten Binnig.
I build disaggregated, GPU-accelerated data systems.
I strongly believe that GPU data systems should be open and cost-efficient, and actively work toward this goal
through my research on open file formats and commodity storage and networks.
As part of this effort, I am an external contributor to
cuDF by optimizing the GPU Parquet reader.
Before my PhD, I completed both my Bachelor's and Master's degrees at TU München
,
famous for its strong research focus on relational database systems.
During my Master's, I did a research internship at
, where I worked on vector similarity search.
